Headshot of Deborah R. Brandt

to help you embody your lifestyle preferences

My mission is individual and community health and movement education and healthy lifestyle coaching.   My studies include in-depth investigation into human movement and somatic expression as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, dancer, Laban Movement Analyst and pain treatment studies with Neuro-orthopaedic Institute (NOI).  Additional work includes the 10 healthy lifelstyle factors addressed in Radical Remission; experience from more than 40 years of work with people in hospitals, senior and Early Intervention home care, preschools; and managing my own and my family's health challenges.

My movement classes offer didactic education, guided improvisational movement exploration, and functional exercses. They may enhance your well-being by leading you to explore new movement skills, regain or maintain your movement capacity, and grow your capacity for self-reflection and creativity.

As a Certified Radical Remission Coach and Workshop Leader, I can support you while you consider the factors identified in Radical Remission Coaching.  You can work with your medical team while being empowered  to participate fully in your healthcare and lifestyle decisions.

For people of all ages.

"I can’t say enough about how much Deborah has helped me in the field of therapeutic movement and physical therapy over the past several decades that we’ve worked together. She has been a great and healing PT and movement therapist as well as a teacher, mentor, and coach as I’ve encountered issues in my own work in a related field. She comes up with the most creative solutions with warmth, wisdom, and humor….her laughter and ability to listen with an open heart are a gift, and she makes herself very reachable and available which is a rarity. She has an unparalleled wealth of experience which she passes on both through her hands and through all the valuable information she generously shares."
